This is a cake I did for a guy that was leaving at my husband's job. Adam was hired on at the fire department and the guys at Ralph's work had an opinion about that and wanted to express that in a unique way. That is how this cake came about.
Busy, Busy, Busy. History just ate the time away today. I'll put up my Friday Shoot out and back to the books with the kid. Then off to the kitchen to start flowers for that cake.

Say "Howdy" to those great firemen. I cover all the fire department awards banquets in the county each year. The firemen (all volunteers) are just wonderful. Just a great bunch of men and women. We owe them all our gratitude.
Our subject for next week is Water. It will interesting to see what you come up with it.
