Raspberry Peach Cake
This is a cake for the raspberry lover. It has a hint of peach
flavor and very moist.
1 Yellow cake mix
1 1/2 cups Peach juice (save the peaches for garnish)
2 tsp Raspberry extract
1/3 cup Veg. oil
3 Eggs
1 1/2 cups Peach juice (save the peaches for garnish)

3 Eggs
Mix all the ingredients. Following baking directions on the cake
mix according to your pan size. Flavor your frosting with raspberry
extract. Cool cake before frosting. Garnish with peaches. A sprig of green (mint) would look good too.

This looks good. I love raspberries. I didn't know they made a raspberry extract.
Like Zaroga, I did not know about r extact! My niece loves anything with raspberry and she has a bday coming up!
